电镀行业适合使用超声波清洗机吗?

目前,电镀行业还不太了解超声波清洗机的实际应用,电镀中,前处理的目的为了往除工件表面存在污物及杂质,使其成为合适电镀的活性外表。电镀质量不良的原由较多是前处理不好。而前处理不好,大多未使用超声波清洗设备。

由于低频比高频在介质中轻易发生空化,对于外形简单、并不十分精 密的工件,此类清洗机就能满足要求。特点是噪音较大价格便宜。对一些精 密度较高的工件,现使用的一般都为高频40-68KHZ高功率的超声清洗机。因此类清洗机对于缝隙、间隙、深孔、盲孔等外表形复杂的工件清洗效果较好。但是超声清洗的作用只是有溶液到达的地方才干起到清洗作用。也就是说要避免深孔、盲孔中有空气,并且要留意杂质着落、油污上漂和处置清洗不到位的现象。
