CNC高压清洗机的日常维护需要检查以下11个方面

  1、喷嘴无污染物或堵塞。如果有喷孔阻塞,水流和水压将受到阻碍,从而影响清 洗机的性能。的水在清洗周期中是再循环的,其中携带的污染物可能停留在喷淋臂内。喷淋臂需定期清洁。

  1. The nozzle is free of pollutants or blockages.   2、 喷淋臂上的出水孔朝着目标表面。有的清洗机的喷淋臂在使用过程中松动旋转,导致喷淋无法朝向器械。许多喷淋臂两边都有孔;这些孔可以调节朝上或朝下。

  2. The water outlet on the spray arm faces the target surface. Some cleaning machines have loose and rotating spray arms during use, causing the spray to be unable to face the equipment. Many spray arms have holes on both sides; These holes can be adjusted to face up or down.

  3、 喷淋臂齐全:有的医院的喷淋臂全部缺失但机器仍在使用。如果喷淋臂缺失清洗机无法正常运转,因为水压和喷水会大大削弱机械清洗作用。如果喷淋臂缺失则不得使用该清洗机。

  4、 喷淋臂旋转无阻碍:测试喷淋臂确保旋转顺滑均匀。

The sieve should be removed and cleaned at least daily, or the cleaning frequency should be increased according to the frequency of use. Blocked screens can impede water flow and drainage, thereby affecting the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning machine.

  6、器械架联轴器与歧管正确对齐。确保清洗机水/清洗液进口与清洗架歧管正确对齐,如果没有对齐,水流、水分布及水压都会受到影响,并且都可能导致清洗机运行不正常。水压不足会导致喷淋臂无法正常运转,还会削弱机械清洗作用。

  6. The coupling of the equipment rack is aligned correctly with the manifold. Ensure that the water/cleaning solution inlet of the cleaning machine is correctly aligned with the cleaning rack manifold. If not aligned, the water flow, distribution, and pressure will be affected, which may lead to abnormal operation of the cleaning machine. Insufficient water pressure can cause the spray arm to malfunction and weaken the mechanical cleaning function.

  7、喷淋臂轴套存在且未受损:确保所有轴套、联轴器、垫圈等存在且无任何裂痕或破损。

  7. Spray arm sleeve is present and undamaged: Ensure that all sleeves, couplings, washers, etc. are present and free of any cracks or damage.

  8、清洗剂/化学品输送管道清晰、功能正常:目视检查所有清洗剂等化学品输送管道和连接端口:确保它们清晰,清洁,无阻塞、滞留空气、扭结。管道上的磨损痕迹、破损或泄漏也应注意检查。如果输送管道有缺陷,则清洗液的浓度可能不正确从而使清洗循环无效。

  8. Clear and functional cleaning agent/chemical delivery pipelines: visually inspect all cleaning agent and chemical delivery pipelines and connection ports to ensure they are clear, clean, unobstructed, free of air entrapment, and twisted. Wear marks, damages, or leaks on pipelines should also be carefully inspected. If there is a defect in the conveying pipeline, the concentration of the cleaning solution may be incorrect, rendering the cleaning cycle ineffective.

  9、检查所有化学品、清洗剂浓度是否正确:确保清洗剂及其他化学品容器内的余量充足,确保输送分配管道正确连接到对应的容器。

  9. Check the concentration of all chemicals and cleaning agents for correctness: Ensure that there is sufficient residue in the containers of cleaning agents and other chemicals, and ensure that the delivery and distribution pipelines are correctly connected to the corresponding containers.

  10、观察清洗机总体情况:舱体内表面应清洁,无污点、水垢及其它污染物堆积。这些都可能影响清洗机的性能和清洗效果。污点和水垢可能表明有水质、化学品浓度过高等问题。确保任何适用的垫圈、密封圈、记录器都处于正常状态。

  10. Observe the overall condition of the cleaning machine: The surface inside the cabin should be clean and free of stains, scale, and other pollutants. These may all affect the performance and cleaning effectiveness of the cleaning machine. Stains and scale may indicate issues with water quality or high chemical concentrations. Ensure that any applicable gaskets, seals, and recorders are in normal condition.

  11、检查舱体内照明灯具工作正常:清洗机拥有视窗和内部照明灯具允许在循环过程中观察清洗机的性能。循环过程中需观察喷淋臂是否正常运行,无器械/托盘阻碍清洗机的性能。观察水流,确保无泡沫过多等迹象。

  11. Check that the lighting fixtures inside the cabin are working properly: the cleaning machine has windows and internal lighting fixtures that allow observation of the cleaning machine's performance during the cycle. During the cycling process, it is necessary to observe whether the spray arm is operating normally and whether there are any instruments/trays obstructing the performance of the cleaning machine. Observe the water flow to ensure that there is no sign of excessive foam.
