超声波振板使用操作方法：把振板按使用要求固定在清洗槽内，换能器引线插到超声波发生器的输出端，合理放置超声波发生器，再把超声波生器的电源插头插入备有单相220V，10A电源规格的小三圆插座上，注意接好地线，待清洗槽内洗净液的液面浸没振板或到达预定高度，开启动超声波发生器的电源开关即可。
