The core principle of high-pressure deburring is to utilize the kinetic energy of water jets. When water is pressurized to tens of megapascals, it is ejected through tiny nozzles, forming a jet with extremely high velocity. When this jet hits the root of the burr, the shear force generated is sufficient to peel the burr off from the surface of the workpiece. Unlike mechanical deburring, water jet is "flexible" - it will preferentially act on weak deburring areas without damaging the workpiece body.

For hydraulic systems, residual burrs may cause valve core jamming or oil circuit blockage, and the value of high-pressure deburring is self-evident.
