超声波清洗器的原理及用途

定义:超声波清洗器是利用超声波在水中振荡产生“空化效应”进行清洗的设备。是精密器械清洗最常用的洗净技术。
Definition: Ultrasonic cleaner is a device that uses ultrasonic waves to oscillate in water and generate a "cavitation effect" for cleaning. It is the most commonly used cleaning technique for precision instruments.
使用范围:手术器械:如敷料镊、血管钳、精细器械等。
Scope of use: Surgical instruments such as dressing forceps, vascular forceps, fine instruments, etc.
超声波是一种声波,频率单位是赫兹(Hz),常用频率如:骨科器械(20、28、30KHz)普通器械(中频:40 KHz、45 KHz以上)精密器械(高频:80 KHz、100 KHz以上)

低频率超声:超声频率越低,空化效应越大,摩擦力就越强,噪声越大。高频率超声:

超声频率越高,空化效应越小,摩擦力就越弱,噪声越小。
The higher the ultrasonic frequency, the smaller the cavitation effect, the weaker the friction force, and the lower the noise.
超声波三频率转换清洗时间设定
Ultrasonic three frequency conversion cleaning time setting
如清洗普通器械:清洗时间设定10分钟(如止血钳、钛夹钳等)
For cleaning ordinary instruments: set the cleaning time to 10 minutes (such as hemostatic forceps, titanium clamps, etc.)
三种超声频率转换:45KHz为8分钟,48秒转换一次,10次为8分钟。80KHz为1分钟,6秒转换一次,10次为1分钟。100KHz为1分钟,6秒转换一次,10次为一分钟。
