  超声波清洗是一种利用高频声波产生的机械振动能量,从而使污垢从物体表面剥离的高效清洁技术,其核心的原理是空化效应,当超声波传入到液体中时,会产生无数微小的空化气泡,这些气泡在爆炸时释放出强大的冲击力,从而产生物理剥离作用,但是在面对一些顽固的油脂或特定的污染物时,单纯的超声波清洗达不到理想的清洁效果,所以根据不同的污染物类型,会有针对性的清洗剂,比如除油剂、除锈剂等等。

  Ultrasonic cleaning is an efficient cleaning technology that utilizes the mechanical vibration energy generated by high-frequency sound waves to remove dirt from the surface of objects. Its core principle is cavitation effect. When ultrasound is transmitted into a liquid, countless tiny cavitation bubbles are generated, which release strong impact force when exploded, thus producing physical peeling effect. However, when facing stubborn grease or specific pollutants, simple ultrasonic cleaning cannot achieve ideal cleaning effect. Therefore, targeted cleaning agents such as degreasers, rust removers, etc. are used according to different types of pollutants.
