普通机械设备五金件用28KHZ去油蜡,光学镜片用40K,实验室科研用100K,LCD半导体材料元件1MHZ及以上。现在一般厂家提供的超声波清洗机都可以调节输出功率,在考虑了清理规定和清理时间的前提下,就可以选择合适的输出功率。

超声功率越大,空化作用越强,清理速度越快,实际效果越好。而对于表面较光滑、精度较高的产品,采用长时间高功率的清洗会对表面物体产生“空蚀”作用。

选择超声清洗,一般有两种类型的洗涤剂,分别为化学有机溶剂和水基洗涤剂。清理物质的氧化作用,再加上超声波清理的物理效果,两者的效果紧密结合,才能充分、合理地对物体进行清理。一般而言,30℃-40℃的超音波侵蚀实际上效果很好。洗涤剂则是温度越高,效果越明显。通常具体使用超声波清洗时,使用温度为40℃-60℃。
