检测超声波清洗机表面除油效果,实际上是对表面亲水化程度进行检测,除了科学实验和机理研究的专用仪器测量外,表面除油效果的检测常用的方法有如下几种:

1、表面亲水观察
1. Surface hydrophilicity observation
就是将经除油后的制件在清水中浸渍后取出,观察水在除油制件表面的停留状态。完全亲水的表面会有一层均匀的水膜,多余的水流下后,表面仍然是完全湿润的。如果有局部除油不好,那里就会出现水花或油斑,即水膜会出现一些基本上是圆形的不湿润区域;如果在大部分除油不好,制件基本上表面为不亲水,从清水中取出后表面的水会很快滴下而不湿润。

A completely hydrophilic surface will have a uniform water film, and even after excess water flows, the surface remains completely moist. If there are local areas where oil removal is not good, water splashes or oil spots will appear, that is, the water film will have some non moist areas that are basically circular; If the oil removal is not good in most parts, the surface of the parts is basically not hydrophilic, and the water on the surface will quickly drip off after being taken out of clean water without getting wet.
2、白色纸巾擦拭
2. Wipe with a white tissue
首先用白色干净的纸巾对除油后的表面进行揩擦,再看纸巾表面是否留下油污痕迹,如果除油干净的表面,纸巾上只有水渍;而除油不干净的表面,在纸巾上会有油污的痕迹。极薄的油膜是透明的,用肉眼无法看到,但用纸巾揩后,油污被收集到纸巾上而容易显现出来。

The extremely thin oil film is transparent and cannot be seen with the naked eye, but after wiping with a tissue, oil stains are collected on the tissue and easily appear.
3、用达因笔测试
3. Test with a Dyne pen
一般我们都用这种方法测试清洗油污干不干净,因为它比较简单方便,首先准备好一只达因笔,然后在已除油的工件表面画上一条线条,如果除油干净,工件表面上的线条墨水是不会收缩散开,清洗可见;如果除油不干净,工件表面上的线条会收缩、线条模糊、颜色变浅。
We usually use this method to test whether the cleaning oil stains are dry or not, because it is relatively simple and convenient. First, prepare a dyne pen, and then draw a line on the surface of the degreased workpiece. If the degreasing is clean, the ink on the surface of the workpiece will not shrink or scatter, making cleaning visible; If the oil removal is not clean, the lines on the surface of the workpiece will shrink, become blurry, and the color will become lighter.
