通过动力装置使高压柱塞泵产生高压水,高压水通过精密控制的喷嘴系统喷射而出,形成高速射流。当高速射流冲击到工件表面时,如果壁面存在毛刺,毛刺根部将产生较大的局部应力,从而使毛刺在射流冲击作用下从工件本体上脱落,达到去毛刺的目的。同时,高压水射流也能将工件表面的污垢剥离、冲走,实现清洗功能。此外,一些高压去毛刺清洗机还可能配备数控系统、自动清洗系统、机器视觉及数字图像处理技术等,以实现高精度的孔位探测、导引控制和自动化操作。

In addition, some high-pressure deburring cleaning machines may also be equipped with CNC systems, automatic cleaning systems, machine vision, and digital image processing technologies to achieve high-precision hole detection, guidance control, and automated operation.
