超声波清洗机的基本原理有什么也别?

超声波清洗机是利用超声波空化的基本原理,当超声波形成的气泡突然裂开的瞬间,也会产生超过1000个大气压力,这类连续不断产生强烈的微爆破和冲击波取代了人工,促使被清洗物表层的污渍受到破坏,并立即剥落。
Ultrasonic cleaning machine utilizes the basic principle of ultrasonic cavitation. When the bubbles formed by ultrasonic waves suddenly burst, more than 1000 atmospheric pressures are generated. These continuous and strong micro explosions and shock waves replace manual labor, causing the surface stains of the cleaned object to be damaged and immediately peeled off.
在规范使用超声波清洗机以前,作业人员须了解设备存在的价值。正常情况下,超声波可以有三种,即次声波、声波、超声波。次声波的频率为20Hz以下,声波的频率为20Hz~20kHz,超声波的频率为20kHz之上。

Before standardizing the use of ultrasonic cleaning machines, operators must understand the value of the equipment. Under normal circumstances, there are three types of ultrasonic waves, namely infrasound waves, sound waves, and ultrasonic waves. The frequency of infrasound waves is below 20Hz, the frequency of sound waves is between 20Hz and 20kHz, and the frequency of ultrasonic waves is above 20kHz.
在这当中,次声波和超声波,人耳一般听不见。而超声波因为频率高、波长短,因此传播的方向性好、穿透能力很强,这就是为什么设计制作超声波清洗机的主要原因。
Among them, infrasound waves and ultrasound waves are generally inaudible to the human ear. Ultrasonic waves have good directionality and strong penetration ability due to their high frequency and short wavelength, which is the main reason for designing and manufacturing ultrasonic cleaning machines.
超声波清洗机主要是由超声波清洗槽和超声波发生器两部分组成。超声波清洗槽坚固、弹性好,具备耐腐蚀的优点,底部安装有超声波换能器振子。超声波可以通过电缆联结线传导给换能器,换能器又与震板一起产生高频共振,从而使得槽体中的有机溶剂受超声波作用对污渍进行清洗。
The ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly consists of two parts: an ultrasonic cleaning tank and an ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic cleaning tank is sturdy, has good elasticity, and has the advantage of corrosion resistance. The bottom is equipped with an ultrasonic transducer oscillator. Ultrasonic waves can be transmitted to the transducer through cable connecting wires, and the transducer generates high-frequency resonance with the vibration plate, thereby allowing the organic solvent in the tank to be cleaned by ultrasonic waves.
