  科尔通过式全自动清洗设备搭载螺旋式绕线循环系统,通过两组导辊引导,线材在清洗槽内呈螺旋式往复绕行,使线材与超声波清洗液的接触时间延长3-5倍。这种设计不仅增加了超声波能量对线材表面的作用时长,更通过多角度绕行确保线材圆周面、缝隙处的污染物(如油污、氧化物、碎屑等)被全部剥离。
