碳氨真空清洗机是利用碳氧化合物对产品进行清洗的设备,由于碳氧化合物不含ODS物质,对大气臭氧层没有损害,因而在环保方面受到环保部门及用户的欢迎。

曾经被广泛使用的清洗行业的优秀清洗剂CFC-113(氟里昂)以及三氯乙烷(乙烷)已经被全面禁止生产、进口。目前大致使用的有氯系清洗剂(三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯二氯甲烷等)、水系清洗剂及碳氢系清洗剂等替代品,然而含氯清洗剂由于有毒,环境控制很严,且由于I5S014000系列对含氯清洗剂有限制要求,企业为了取得15S014000 证书,现在都开始改用碳氧系的清洗剂和水系清洗剂。而水系清洗剂的设备投资成本高、不易干燥,清洗后的产品常会生锈迹、斑点,还需考虑排水问题,及在中国水资源缺乏等问题,现在各厂家已逐步开始研究其替代品。

At present, chlorine based cleaning agents (such as trichloroethylene, dichloromethane, etc.), water-based cleaning agents, and hydrocarbon based cleaning agents are generally used as substitutes. However, chlorine based cleaning agents are toxic and have strict environmental controls. Additionally, due to the limited requirements of the I5S014000 series for chlorine based cleaning agents, companies are now switching to carbon oxygen based cleaning agents and water-based cleaning agents in order to obtain the 15S014000 certificate. However, the equipment investment cost of water-based cleaning agents is high, they are not easy to dry, and the cleaned products often have rust and spots. Drainage issues also need to be considered, as well as the lack of water resources in China. Now, various manufacturers have gradually begun to study their alternatives.
另一方面,使用非水系清洗剂时需要分开考志可燃性和不可燃性的问题。碳氢系有可燃性,而且与含氣系清洗剂相比具有不易干燥的弱点。但这些方面已逐步在清洗设备上得到补偿,从而预测碳氢系清洗剂将逐步成为当今替代清洗剂的主流。
On the other hand, when using non-aqueous cleaning agents, it is necessary to separately consider the issues of flammability and non flammability. Carbon hydrogen cleaning agents are flammable and have the weakness of being difficult to dry compared to gas containing cleaning agents. But these aspects have gradually been compensated for in cleaning equipment, predicting that hydrocarbon based cleaning agents will gradually become the mainstream alternative cleaning agents today.
