超声波清洗机的功率与频率越高越好?

但目前也有很多客户对超声波清洗机接触还是比较少,会产生一定的误区:超声波的频率跟功率是不是越大,清洗效果越好?其实不是这样的。今天来讲解下有关超声波清洗机的频率跟功率问题。

超声波频率的选择:

低频率:超声波空化阀值与频率有密切关系。频率越高,空化阀值越高,频率低,空化阀值越低,越容易产生空化,有利于清洗作用,但易损伤腐蚀工件表面,因此对工件表面要求较高的工件不适合选择较低的频率,低频超声波清洗一般适用于大型工件表面或者污物与工件表面粘合度高的情况下使用。而频率越低,空化越强烈,产生的噪音也相应偏大。

高频率:高频率的超声波穿透力较强,宜清洗工件表面光洁度要求较高或表面复杂、盲孔,细缝较多的工件。高频超声波的噪音也偏小,适合于清洗一些精 密工件,比如半导体,飞机精 密工件等。

经济性:从超声波清洗效果及经济性来考虑,一般选取频率在20~130KHz,具体选择频率应做相应的实验来确定。

超声波功率的选择:

超声波功率太大,液体中空化强度会大大增加,容易使工件表面受到空化腐蚀,给工件造成不必要的损失跟消耗,同时清洗槽底部振动板也会受到空化腐蚀影响,使清洗槽的寿命缩短。

但超声波清洗功率选择小了,花费很长时间也没有清洗污垢,也是不可取的。
