选择超声波清洗剂的标准是什么?

目前市场上适用于超声波清洗的清洗剂有非常多的选择,从清洗剂的性质对超声波清洗的影响来看,在选择超声波清洗剂时可从以下几个方面考量:

1、工件材质及污垢性质

针对不同的污垢选择其专用的清洗剂,例如,油脂的清洗用除油剂、锈渍的清洗用除锈剂等等。专用的清洗剂针对特定污垢起作用,在适应性及清洗效率等方面考虑的更加全面。

Select special cleaning agents for different dirt, such as oil remover for oil cleaning, rust remover for rust cleaning, etc. The special cleaning agent works for specific dirt and considers more comprehensively in terms of adaptability and cleaning efficiency.
2、清洗剂表面张力、蒸汽压、黏度

超声波清洗的主要机理是空化作用,而清洗剂表面张力、蒸汽压、黏度等特性与超声波空化强弱息息相关,不同的清洗剂其空化阀值也不同。当清洗剂表面张力大、黏度大时是不利于超声波空化的,而高蒸汽压也会降低空化强度。因此,表面张力大、蒸汽压高和黏度大的清洗剂都不利于超声波清洗。
The main mechanism of ultrasonic cleaning is cavitation, and the surface tension, steam pressure and viscosity of cleaning agent are closely related to the strength of ultrasonic cavitation. The cavitation threshold of different cleaning agents is also different. When the surface tension and viscosity of the cleaning agent are large, it is not conducive to ultrasonic cavitation, and high steam pressure will also reduce the cavitation intensity. Therefore, cleaning agents with high surface tension, high steam pressure and high viscosity are not conducive to ultrasonic cleaning.
3、安全环保

需考虑废液处理问题,优选常温、低毒、安全、高效的新型环保清洗剂。其次,需要注意的是当超声波清洗设备未做任何防爆措施时,严禁使用易燃易爆的清洗剂。
Firstly, waste liquid treatment should be considered, and a new environmental protection cleaning agent with normal temperature, low toxicity, safety and high efficiency should be selected. Secondly, it should be noted that when the ultrasonic cleaning equipment is not provided with any explosion-proof measures, it is strictly prohibited to use flammable and explosive cleaning agents.
