清洗前的准备工作是流程的基础。首先需检查设备各部件状态,包括喷淋泵是否正常运转、喷嘴是否堵塞或损坏(可通过手动旋转喷嘴查看是否灵活,有无异物堵塞出口)、输送链条的松紧度及运行平稳性,若发现链条卡顿需及时添加润滑油。根据待清洗工件的材质(如金属、塑料)和污渍类型(如油污、铁屑、冷却液),选择适配的清洗剂 —— 清洗金属件的油污可选用碱性清洗剂,清洗塑料件则需用中性清洗剂,避免因试剂不当造成工件腐蚀。将清洗剂按规定比例兑水稀释后,注入设备的储液箱,液位需达到设备规定的最低刻度以上,同时检查加热系统(若有),确保能将清洗液加热至所需温度(通常 30-60℃,具体根据清洗剂特性调整)。此外,需清理输送带上的杂物,确保工件放置区域平整,避免因传送带不平整导致工件倾斜、碰撞。

According to the material of the workpiece to be cleaned (such as metal, plastic) and the type of stains (such as oil stains, iron filings, coolant), choose the appropriate cleaning agent - alkaline cleaning agents can be used to clean the oil stains on metal parts, while neutral cleaning agents are needed to clean plastic parts to avoid corrosion of the workpiece caused by improper reagents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the specified ratio and inject it into the storage tank of the equipment. The liquid level should reach the minimum mark specified by the equipment. At the same time, check the heating system (if any) to ensure that the cleaning solution can be heated to the required temperature (usually 30-60 ℃, adjusted according to the characteristics of the cleaning agent). In addition, it is necessary to clean the debris on the conveyor belt to ensure that the workpiece placement area is flat and avoid tilting or colliding the workpiece due to unevenness of the conveyor belt.

Small or lightweight workpieces can be fixed on the conveyor belt using fixtures to prevent displacement or falling due to spray pressure during transportation. When loading, attention should be paid to the maximum size of the workpiece, which should not exceed the height and width of the equipment's inlet and outlet, to avoid the workpiece getting stuck in the equipment or damaging the spray device. Start the conveyor belt for trial operation, observe whether the workpiece is transported smoothly, and confirm that there are no errors before officially starting the cleaning process.

For stubborn stains, the residence time at this station can be extended (achieved by adjusting the conveyor belt speed). The rinsing station uses clean water (or deionized water) spray to remove residual cleaning agents on the surface of the workpiece, avoiding water marks after drying. The water quality of this station needs to be clean, and if necessary, a filtering device should be equipped to filter impurities in the water. Some equipment also has a wind cutting station, which quickly blows away the moisture on the surface of the workpiece through high-pressure airflow, preparing for subsequent drying (such as natural air drying, drying).

Parameter monitoring during the cleaning process is indispensable. Real time observation of the spray pressure at each workstation is required. If the pressure suddenly drops, it may be due to a malfunction of the spray pump or pipeline leakage, and the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection; If the pressure is too high, it may cause deformation of the workpiece (especially thin-walled workpieces), and the valve needs to be adjusted in a timely manner to reduce the pressure. Monitor the temperature of the cleaning solution and keep it within the set range. If the temperature is too low, it will reduce the cleaning effect, while if it is too high, it may accelerate the evaporation of the cleaning agent and affect its performance. Regularly check the concentration of cleaning agents in the storage tank, which can be detected by specialized test strips. If the concentration is insufficient, replenish the concentrated solution in a timely manner to ensure stable cleaning effect. For reusable cleaning solutions, it is necessary to activate the filtration system (such as filters and magnetic separators) to promptly remove impurities and iron filings from the solution, in order to prevent impurities from circulating and adhering to the surface of the workpiece or clogging the nozzle.
清洗后的处理与设备维护需同步跟进。工件完成清洗后,从输送带末端取下,按要求放置在指定区域晾干或进入烘干工序,对于有精度要求的工件,需检查表面是否有划伤、残留污渍,若发现清洗不彻底的工件,需重新进行清洗。工作结束后,关闭设备电源,排净储液箱内的废弃清洗剂(按环保要求处理),用清水冲洗储液箱和管路,去除残留的清洗剂和杂质;拆卸喷嘴进行彻底清洗(可用软毛刷清理内部堵塞物),清理输送带表面的污渍和碎屑。定期对设备进行保养,包括给传动部件加注润滑油、检查电机和水泵的运行声音(若有异常噪音需排查故障)、更换老化的密封件(如管路接口的密封圈),确保设备长期稳定运行。
The processing after cleaning and equipment maintenance need to be followed up synchronously. After the workpiece is cleaned, it should be removed from the end of the conveyor belt and placed in the designated area to dry or enter the drying process as required. For workpieces with precision requirements, the surface should be checked for scratches and residual stains. If incomplete cleaning is found, it needs to be cleaned again. After the work is completed, turn off the equipment power, drain the waste cleaning agent in the storage tank (dispose of according to environmental requirements), rinse the storage tank and pipelines with clean water, and remove residual cleaning agent and impurities; Disassemble the nozzle for thorough cleaning (using a soft bristled brush to remove internal blockages), and clean the surface of the conveyor belt of stains and debris. Regularly maintain the equipment, including adding lubricating oil to the transmission components, checking the operating sound of the motor and water pump (troubleshooting if there is abnormal noise), replacing aging seals (such as sealing rings at pipeline interfaces), and ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.
