标准单槽式超声波清洗机的使用注意事项

1.超声波清洗槽无清洗液时 ,不能启动超声 ,否则易导致损坏换能器 及超声波发生器。
1. When there is no cleaning solution in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, the ultrasonic must not be started, otherwise the transducer and ultrasonic generator may be damaged.
2.加热槽内无清洗液或从槽体内底部测量高度低于250mm ,禁止加热 , 否则会损坏加热板。
2. If there is no cleaning solution in the heating tank or the height measured from the bottom of the tank is less than 250mm, heating is absolutely prohibited, otherwise the heating plate will be damaged.
3.不能将物件直接放入超声波清洗槽底部清洗 ,否则影响超声清洗效果及磨 损缸底。

4.清洗工件如掉入缸底,应及时取出,否则会磨损缸底。

5.避免强力撞击超声波清洗槽槽底或振子粘接面,以免损坏换能器。
