该清洗机是一台适用于精密工业清洗领域的智能化高精密超声波清洗设备。设备动作过程由PLC做智能化控制,多个由SUS316L不锈钢材质制作的超声波清洗槽、切水槽,循环热风烘干槽、上下料系统等组成的一条连续工作的由清洗到烘干的精密智能化清洗设备系统。操作员将工件篮放置在进料台上,进入上料区,上料输送系统将清洗篮首先送往超声波脱脂清洗槽。超声波启动清洗,在高频超声波强有力的空化效应冲击作用下,油污、指纹,等污垢完全脱落,将污物彻底清洗掉;然后历经后续多道持续清洗后由输送装置将清洗篮送至烘干槽、对工件进行热风干燥后送至出料端做静电消除后至出料端。操作员在出料端将清洗框取出转入下一道作业工序
