注意：清洗液必须超过超声波振动板。如果超声波振动板暴露在空气中，没有传播介质的超声波振动板会很快损坏。这种损坏很难修理，只能用振动板来更换。因此，我们强烈主张用户注入的清洗液应超过超声波振动板。少5厘米以上，如果清洗槽内有加热装置，那么液体深度必须超过加热管上方5厘米，并根据液体蒸发的程度，在紧急情况下停止补充液体。

Note: the cleaning fluid must exceed the ultrasonic vibration plate. Move the seesaw switch on the front panel of the ultrasonic generator to the open position. At this time, the ultrasonic began to work. The ammeter on the panel indicates the working current of ultrasonic. The operator should be able to hear the noise from the cleaning tank and treat the liquid in the cleaning tank as boiling water.

注意：不要把手伸进清洗液中。如果不小心将清洗液溅到皮肤或眼睛上，必须根据不同的清洗液采取相应的措施。因此，操作人员必须了解清洗介质的化学特性和相应的意外处置措施。

Note: do not put your hand into the cleaning fluid. If the cleaning solution is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, corresponding measures must be taken according to different cleaning solutions. Therefore, the operator must understand the chemical characteristics of the cleaning medium and the corresponding accidental disposal measures.

清洗槽装有加热装置时，请先打开加热功能。待清洗液温度升规定值后，将待清洗工件放入清洗槽中，打开超声波。因为超声波介质在加热条件下通常能达到较好的清洗效果。

When the cleaning tank is equipped with a heating device, please turn on the heating function first. After the temperature of the cleaning solution rises to the specified value, put the workpiece to be cleaned into the cleaning tank and turn on the ultrasonic. Because ultrasonic medium can usually achieve better cleaning effect under heating conditions.
