超声波清洗机的应用领域介绍

一、在服务业中的应用:日常生产中,眼镜、首饰都可以用超声波进行清洗,速度快,无损伤,大型的宾馆、饭店用它清洗餐具,不仅清洗效果好,还具有杀灭病毒的作用。

二、超声波在微粉业的应用:众所周知,要取得不同大小的颗粒,是把破碎料放在球磨机内研磨后,经过不同规格筛子层层筛分而得的。筛子长时间使用后,筛孔会被堵塞(如金刚石筛),用其它方法刷洗会破坏筛子,且效果不理想,经过众多厂家的试验后,用超声波清洗机,不仅不损坏筛子,而且筛子上面的堵塞颗粒完全被回收。
