1、数控面板加热

一般实验室用的数控超声波清洗机，带有加热功能的机型，如th-300bq，就是数控按键加热。数控区显示当前温度，可以设定温度值，当达到加热值是自动停止加热。此种加热一般是用硅胶板加热。

分体超声波清洗机根据使用情况有用温控仪加热，使用方法如下：按下加热开关，温控仪将显示测量温度与控制温度。上面显示的是测量温度，下面显示的是控制温度，当测量温度低于控制温度时，温控仪上out灯亮，加热指示灯亮，设备处于加热状态;当测量温度高于控制温度时，温控仪上out灯灭，加热指示灯熄灭，设备停止加热。控制温度设置方法：按拨码键设定控制温度，如058，控制温度为58度。此种一般是用加热管加热。
