检测换能器是否受潮,只需要用兆欧表检查换能器的绝缘电阻即可,如果电阻值达不到要求,那么可以肯定的就是换能器受潮。解决方法:将整个换能器(喷塑外壳除外)放到烘箱中,以一百度左右的高温烘三个小时以上,直到用兆欧表检测时绝缘电阻能够达到要求为止。
